Adjustable front HD-suspension, Polaris Sportsman 570

The set includes stiffer springs (even stiffer than HD springs), upper spring plates and lower spring plates/threaded sleeves for infinitely adjustable spring tension. The large preload adjustment range (approx. 50 mm) allows the same springs to be used for both leisure and work use.

Heavy front implements such as snow blowers, flail mowers, plows and buckets often require a stiffer suspension. For example Rammy products. When towing a forestry trailer, the suspension is also subject to stress and the original springs may not be able to carry a very heavy load.

Suitable for:

• Polaris Sportsman 570 FRONT (MacPherson) (4×4 2015-, 6×6 -2024, X2 -2024)
• • Compared to the original springs, these are about 67% stiffer
  • Spring load (i.e. once the spring is mounted on the shock absorber, what force must be applied to the shock absorber to cause it to flex)
    • original spring, preload at minimum, load approx. 32-48 kg (spring is progressive, hence the range)
    • original spring, preload at maximum, max. load approx. 32-48 kg (spring is progressive, hence range) (no bias adjustment)
    • Latvo set, preload 20 mm, max. load approx. 50 kg
    • Latvo set, preload 70 mm, max. load approx. 175 kg
• NOTE: Not suitable for Öhlins and SP models. For these models for front suspension you can choose Sportsman 570 rear kit.

Note: The spring load cannot be used to draw direct conclusions, e.g. what kind of implement is carried by the front of the ATV, as this is significantly influenced by suspension geometry etc.
