Adjustable rear HD-suspension, Polaris Ranger 570 (2022-)

The set includes stiffer springs (even stiffer than HD springs), upper spring plates and lower spring plates/threaded sleeves for infinitely adjustable spring tension. The large preload adjustment range (approx. 50 mm) allows the same springs to be used for both leisure and work use.

Heavy front implements such as snow blowers, flail mowers, plows and buckets often require a stiffer suspension. For example Rammy products. When towing a forestry trailer, the suspension is also subject to stress and the original springs may not be able to carry a very heavy load.

Suitable for:

• Polaris Ranger 570 REAR (shock tube diameter approx. 51 mm)
  • Compared to the original springs, these are about 22% stiffer
  • Spring load (i.e. once the spring is mounted on the shock absorber, what force must be applied to the shock absorber to cause it to flex)
    • original spring, preload at minimum, load approx. 39 kg
    • original spring, preload at maximum, load approx. 118 kg
    • Latvo set, preload 20 mm, max. load approx. 120 kg
    • Latvo set, preload 70 mm, max. load 420 kg

Note: The spring load cannot be used to draw any direct conclusions, e.g. what kind of implement is carried by the front of the ATV, as this is significantly influenced by suspension geometry etc.
