The wood chipper has typically been a rigid wood chipper attached to a forestry machine or tractor, used to chop branches and rhizomes left over from logging or forest thinning into chipped material for burning. Now such a shredder or wood chipper can also be attached to an ATV and, in addition to energy chips, can be used to cover paths, for example, or as a mulch in gardens.
The wood chipper comes in a plywood box (P108 x L76 x H127 cm) and requires a little assembly to set up. The engine is supplied with oil (Mobil Super 2000 X1 10W-40).
