Iron Baltic’s plastic skid plate is intended to replace the ATV’s own plastic skid plate, which is made of a very thin material. The skid plate kits are made of HDPE plastic. The material is elastic, has excellent sliding properties and is highly resistant to UV radiation and various chemicals. The material is also very resistant to low temperatures (down to -50°C). The plastic skid plate is rigid, retains its shape and has very good off-road glide. All plastic skid plates is compatible with Iron Baltic equipment (snowplate mounting kits, tow hook extension kits, etc.) and with most factory equipment (e.g. original winch mounting kits, etc.).
