Adjustable front suspension, Can-Am Outlander G2 570/650/1000

The set includes stiffer springs (even stiffer than HD springs), upper spring plates and lower spring plates/coil pins for infinitely adjustable spring bias. The large bias adjustment range (approx. 50 mm) allows the same springs to be used for leisure and work use.

Heavy front implements such as snow blowers, flail mowers, plows and buckets often require a stiffer suspension. When towing a forestry trailer, the suspension is also subject to stress and the original springs may not be able to carry a very heavy load.

Suitable for:

• Can-Am Outlander G2L 450/570 FORWARD (4×4 and 6×6) (shock tube diameter approx. 45 mm) (if shock tube diameter approx. 38 mm, please specify when ordering and a solution will be found!)
• Can-Am Outlander G2 570/650/1000 FORWARD (4×4 and 6×6) (also XT, but not Fox shocks) (shock tube diameter approx. 45 mm)
  • Compared to the original (Pro+ or XU+) springs, these are about 105% stiffer
  • Spring load (i.e. once the spring is mounted on the shock absorber, what force must be applied to the shock absorber to cause it to flex)
    • original spring, bias at minimum, load approx. 90 kg
    • original spring, bias at maximum, max. load approx. 120 kg
    • Latvo set, bias 20 mm, max. load approx. 90 kg
    • Latvo set, bias 66 mm, max. load approx. 290 kg

Note: The spring load cannot be used to draw any direct conclusions, e.g. what kind of implement is carried by the front of the ATV, as this is significantly influenced by suspension geometry etc.
