Terms of delivery

Online shop
Latvo Oy (Business ID: 3018436-5) provides products for sale to adult private individuals and companies in Finland, the EU and Norway. The online store operates in Finland at www.latvo.fi and in other countries at www.latvo.com. The online store prices include country-specific value-added tax (VAT). Latvo Oy reserves the right to amend prices and shipping costs without prior notice.
In brief:
1. Products have a 14 day return policy.
2. Products have a delivery time of 1-14 business days (depending on the country of delivery) . We always aim to deliver as soon as possible. We will contact you by email or phone if we find that the delivery time takes longer than normal.
3. Payment methods: card payments.
4. If you have received the wrong product, or if the product is defective, you should immediately inform Latvo Oy’s customer service by email at antti@latvo.fi.
Terms of delivery:
1. Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested when placing an order will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it. When ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.
2. Payment
Payments in the online store are processed by Svea Payments Oy (VAT number FI21217030) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. No registration or additional fees are required to use the service. Svea Payments Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfers and financial transactions are SSL-secured, which means that no third party can see your data. The payee is Svea Payments Oy (or the ancillary name Maksuturva Group Oy).

3. Payment methods
Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Business Eurocard)
Paying in our online shop is hassle-free and secure. Card payment in our online shop is provided by Svea Payments Oy in cooperation with Payment Highway and Bambora AB. During the payment transaction, credit card information is always processed in a secure network connection. Card numbers are not stored in the online shop or Svea Payments Oy’s information systems, but are processed by the technical service provider Payment Highway.
4. Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To receive the confirmation email, you will need to provide an email address when placing your order.
5. Delivery method and charges
You will see the delivery costs of your order at the checkout when you select the delivery method. You can track the progress of your delivery by means of the delivery code that you will receive by email when we send the products.
Collection from the nearest PostNord pick-up point
Collect your parcels (max. total weight 15 kg) from PostNord pick-up points. A dense network of shops and long opening hours in the evenings and at weekends ensure that you can pick up your parcel when it suits you best. The app will find the nearest local shops to your delivery address, and you can choose the one you prefer as your pick-up point. When your parcel is ready to be picked up at the destination, you’ll be notified by SMS. If any of the product dimensions exceeds 100 cm (e.g. toothed wear bars), do not choose a parcel machine. Delivery time is usually 3-7 days. When you order before 9am, the products are usually shipped the same day.
Delivery directly to your door
The delivery company will bring the parcel to your door. The delivery company will arrange a delivery time by phone. We recommend this delivery method especially for large parcels such as bundles, etc. For pallet shipments and parcel shipments over 15 kg, home delivery is the only delivery method, in addition to collection. Delivery time usually 3-7 days. When you order before 9am, the products are usually shipped the same day.
6. Delivery time
Products that are in Latvo’s own warehouse will be shipped within 1-24 hours of order and delivery time depends on the country of delivery. A product found in the supplier’s warehouse will be shipped within 24 hours of order and delivery time depends on the country of delivery. If, exceptionally, the ordered product is also out of stock in the supplier’s warehouse, the customer will be informed immediately. In such cases, the delivery time will be notified separately. In the product information, we will try to indicate in real time whether the product is in stock (with us or with the supplier). If you want 100% certainty of availability, please contact antti@latvo.fi. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays.
7. Returns and exchanges
Products have a 14-day return policy. To return a product, please contact customer service. Shipping costs for returning the product are to be paid by the customer and may be higher than the shipping costs charged by us. The product must be unused and in saleable condition. The original packaging must also be intact and in good condition for dispatch.
Please note that failure to pick up your package will not count as a return.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is picked up from the pickup point on time. An uncollected parcel will be returned to us and a credit will be given for the order using the original payment method. We will charge a handling fee of 30 € for uncollected orders.
Returns must be notified in advance by email to antti@latvo.fi.
The same return policy applies to defective products or if you have received an otherwise incorrect delivery. In this case, you do not have to pay the shipping costs for the return, but we will inform you of the most suitable return method on a case-by-case basis.
We kindly ask you to indicate in your notification:
- Reason for return (if faulty or wrong product)
- Customer identification (name/order number)
- Do you simply wish to return the product and get a refund or do you wish us to send a similar product to replace the faulty or incorrect product (and refund the difference, if any)
- For a refund, please provide an account number.
8. Complaints
Any complaints regarding an order or delivery should be sent within seven (7) days of receipt of the order to antti@latvo.fi. The complaint should include the reason for the complaint and any photos.
9. Cancellation of the order
The customer may cancel his order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be notified to antti@latvo.fi. We will normally inform our customers by email or telephone if the delivery time is different from the normal time. Latvo Oy also reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the customer’s account.
10. Dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be settled in the District Court of Päijät-Häme, Finland.
